With over 30 years of marketing experience—starting in retail and now specialising in IT—I’m currently a Partner and Director at a global agency focused on partner marketing and value proposition development. I’m also a qualified performance coach.
My husband Warren and I have shared a passion for sport throughout our 22 years together. After the birth of our son Lenny, I experienced post-natal depression, which deepened my understanding of how sport positively impacts mental health. This inspired me to complete a counselling course, where I gained valuable listening skills that I still apply today.
Visiting Empire Fight Chance in Bristol was a profoundly moving experience, and seeing Warren’s dedication to building Off The Ropes has inspired me to support this cause in every way I can.
